Mark Barger is a solo, acoustic guitarist, singer-songwriter and loop-artist with a wide range from folk, funk, rock, reggae to soul. Enjoy a live performance with ambient soundscapes, concepts, and atmospheres, tightly woven into a seamless acoustic autobiographical performance piece.

Coming from a musical family, Mark remembers waking up on Saturday mornings as a child, listening to his father singing in the family room and his mother echoing him from the kitchen. Mark would lie on his stomach, listen and watch.

We met him playing in a bar in Springfield Misourri and we fell in love with him instatly! We knew right away we needed to get him up here for our local audience to enjoy!

We are doom-prepping the ultimate night-ride soundtrack for you to groove in the fallout shelter with us - a synthy, metal-singed scorched earth concoction cut with the sweetest pop bangers to get you moving (and forgetting) a time before the great robot holocaust.

The figure points to the odd metal collars around the necks of each of the chained individuals as they continue. "However, I offer you a chance to keep your miserable lives." I will come back every 15 minutes and kill one of you, unless you are able to answer the question...Why are you here?"

This gripping original tale will have you on the edge of your seat as these five total strangers struggle to piece together the reason they have been taken captive. You will travel with them into the dark as they learn they all really do have something in common; and the thread that ties them together, may just save their lives.

Serious 90's pop culture costumes from across the decade are encouraged and the best of the crop will be eligible for the top prize of the first annual Summer '99 Prom.  We wanna see Steve Urkel sharing drinks with Eddie Veddar while Clarissa explains it all to Blossom.

We are prepping a totally radical playlist of the best music of the era - a grungy, new jack swinging, (spice) girl-powered concoction of your personal total requests, LIVE on the floor from 7pm to midnight. 90's themed refreshments will also be on hand. We hope you have the time of your so-called life

You and your friends have been cordially invited to the retirement party of acclaimed historian and occult artifact hunter Mr. Johnathan A. Blackwood. On this night, he will also be bringing to public auction some of his most prized relics from his personal collection. Surrounded by your friends and some estranged colleagues from Mr. Blackwood's past, you sit down for a night of drinks, laughing and polite conversation. That is until Mr. Blackwood does not make his entrance into dinner.

With the man of the hour murdered, you are tasked with helping his assistant James find out which of his friends from the past did the deed. You will find that all of them, in their own way have an axe to grind with their old boss, but who is the killer? That will be for you to discover.

Tickets are $65 and include a beautifully plated three course dinner consisting on salad, steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes and dessert. Doors open for the show at 5pm CST. The performance will run from 6pm - 9pm CST and will include a full dinner show and silent auction with custom hand made items from the Mr. Black Presents prop team. The night will include, dinner, the interactive performance, chances to win MBP gifts and tickets to future shows. Saturday night’s performance will be Rated 17+ due to language and some adult themes.
