Serious 90's pop culture costumes from across the decade are encouraged and the best of the crop will be eligible for the top prize of the first annual Summer '99 Prom.  We wanna see Steve Urkel sharing drinks with Eddie Veddar while Clarissa explains it all to Blossom.

We are prepping a totally radical playlist of the best music of the era - a grungy, new jack swinging, (spice) girl-powered concoction of your personal total requests, LIVE on the floor from 7pm to midnight. 90's themed refreshments will also be on hand.
